Small Village is built on a 4 acres farm at Varres area. Varres is near to the town of Zakynthos and also on a small distance from the tourist resort of Tsilivi, known for its endless sandy beach and its nightlife. However, the area of Varres offers a delightful countrified retreat and is ideal for spending your summer holidays.

How you can find us

Small Village is at the main road that connects the town of Zakynthos with the tourist resort of Tsilivi. Coming from the port, you should turn right following the road next to the port. Then, you should follow the signs to Bochali area (Μπόχαλη) and turn left. Following that road, you will leave the town heading towards Tsilivi. Small Village is on the right side of this road, about 2 km after the town and before Tsilivi.
