Outside area

The garden of Small Village has, among others, roses, jasmine, olive and banana trees. Moreover, the greater part of the garden is covered with grass and is easily accessible. Shortly after the entrance, there is a spacious private parking space and next to it a basketball court, where you can exercise your athletic skills. The area of the BBQ (barbecue) includes a large marble table under an age-old olive tree where you can eat, chat and spend pleasantly your summer evenings with your friends and family. Directly across the BBQ area, there is the playground for our young (and not only) friends! A seesaw, a swing and a slide are there for you to spend carefree moments under the shade of the trees.

Ground floor residence may accommodate up to 5 persons.

Private garden

The residence has its own private garden with a large round marble table, where you can enjoy the tranquility offered by the place the whole day.

Living room

The living room includes a comfortable lounge. The sofa of the lounge can be converted into two single beds, which can comfortably sleep both children and adults. There is also a TV in the living room and one of the two air condition units of the residence.

Dining room and kitchen

The residence has a comfortable dining room, located next to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a small oven, a small fridge and all cooking utensils.

Bedroom

The spacious bedroom has a double bed, a spacious wardrobe and is equipped with an air condition unit.

Balconies

The residence has two private balconies, one in front of the bedroom and one in front of the lounge area and the main entrance. The central balcony has a large outdoor table, where you can enjoy the tranquility and the magnificent view of the garden.
